Spruce Spring Stream Farms (SSSF) is located in beautiful Fernie, BC, in growing zone 3b at 3600 feet. In the colder months of May and September we specialize in growing cold hardy produce with a few tricks up our sleeve for dealing with Fernie’s early frosts.
From May – October we grow hard necked garlic, garlic scapes, spinach, arugula, mustard, summer lettuce greens, summer salad blends, carrots, zucchini, squash, tomatoes, hot peppers, sweet peppers, peas, beans, carrots, fresh herbs, dried blended herbs for cooking and unique dried herbal teas.
